1. Acceptance
By accessing or using AHEBO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Additional terms from your browser, hosting network, or an external site may apply independently.
2. The service
AHEBO provides static pages and browser-side utilities for tasks such as counting, cleaning, converting, formatting, comparing, extracting, encoding, decoding, and generating text or data. No account or processing backend is provided. Your browser and device perform supported transformations locally.
Features, supported formats, browser-safe limits, and examples are described on each tool page. Those descriptions form part of these terms but do not guarantee suitability for a specific use.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you choose to process and for determining whether you have the right and authority to use it. You are also responsible for reviewing results, keeping appropriate originals and backups, protecting your device, and complying with laws and contractual duties that apply to you.
Although AHEBO is designed to preserve input after validation failures, browser crashes, extensions, device failures, or accidental actions can still cause loss. Do not treat an open browser tab as your only copy of important content.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use AHEBO to:
- violate applicable law, regulation, court order, or another person’s rights;
- process content you are not authorized to possess or use;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, bypass, or compromise the site, host, or other users;
- introduce malware, malicious scripts, or deceptive downloads;
- misrepresent tool output as verified when it has not been checked; or
- use the site in a way that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or data-protection rights.
5. Privacy and local content
Supported tool processing takes place in your browser; AHEBO does not provide server storage for your tool content. See the privacy policy for local settings, static-host request logs, optional analytics, and retention information.
6. Intellectual property
You retain whatever rights you already hold in content you process. Using a tool does not transfer ownership of that content to AHEBO. The site’s original interface, copy, branding, and source materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and licenses. Third-party open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
AHEBO does not claim ownership of output produced solely from your input. You are responsible for determining whether your input or output includes third-party rights or restrictions.
7. External links and services
Links to other sites are offered for convenience. AHEBO does not control their availability, security, content, or terms and does not endorse them merely by linking. Accessing an external site is at your own risk.
8. Availability and changes
AHEBO may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue a page or tool, including to correct results, address a security issue, meet a legal obligation, or protect browser stability. There is no guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every browser, or available at any particular time.
9. No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AHEBO and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site operator and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss; lost profits, revenue, business, data, or opportunity; or decisions made in reliance on tool output. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent the law permits. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law that applies to the site operator at its registered place of business, without overriding any mandatory protections that apply where you live. The competent courts determined by that law will hear disputes unless mandatory law gives you a different forum.
12. Changes to these terms
Revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date and, for material product changes, summarized in the changelog. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
