This promise covers text, local files, filenames, generated output, parsed values, comparisons, CSV content, clipboard contents, and other information you provide to a tool.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the public AHEBO text and data tools, category pages, search, and information pages. AHEBO is a static website: it has no user accounts, application database, processing API, cloud file store, or server-side conversion queue.
2. Local browser processing
When you type, paste, choose a file, compare content, generate a value, copy a result, or create a download, the operation takes place through browser APIs on your device. Files are selected locally and are not uploaded. Downloads are created locally with in-memory browser objects.
AHEBO does not collect or intentionally transmit:
- raw text input, output, or clipboard contents;
- file contents or filenames;
- parsed JSON, XML, YAML, CSV headers, rows, or cell values;
- diff content, extracted values, Base64 content, generated UUIDs, or timestamps you enter;
- tool error details containing your content; or
- raw tool-search queries.
Tool processing does not silently fall back to a server. If a browser feature is unavailable, the tool either uses a local browser fallback or explains the limitation.
3. Search privacy
Tool search receives only public registry metadata: tool IDs, names, aliases, descriptions, keywords, categories, and routes. Matching happens in the current tab. Search text is not stored in local storage, appended to a URL, added to browser history, or sent as an analytics property.
4. Local settings
With browser local storage, AHEBO may keep only the settings needed to make the site more convenient:
- system, light, or dark theme preference;
- favorite tool IDs;
- recently used tool IDs and timestamps;
- tool option preferences;
- dismissed non-critical notices; and
- your optional analytics consent choice.
Raw input, output, file contents, filenames, extracted values, and search text are not permitted in local storage, IndexedDB, cookies, URLs, or analytics. Local settings remain in that browser profile until you clear them, clear site data in your browser, or the browser removes them. Open Settings in the header to review stored categories and use Clear local settings.
5. Static hosting and request logs
To deliver a page, the hosting provider or CDN necessarily receives ordinary request metadata. This may include your IP address, user agent, requested page or static asset, request timestamp, referring page, and technical response information. The primary deployment target is Cloudflare Pages; a provider-neutral static host or an unprivileged Nginx server may also be used.
These requests deliver static HTML, CSS, JavaScript, icons, and similar assets. Tool input and output are not part of them. Hosting logs may be retained by the site operator or hosting provider for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and aggregate operational analysis under the provider’s terms and retention controls. AHEBO does not use hosting logs to reconstruct tool content or raw search queries.
6. Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics is available only in builds where it is explicitly configured. Its script does not load and no request is sent to Google until you select Allow analytics. Declining analytics does not limit any tool.
After consent, AHEBO may send the page path without query parameters, page title, coarse device information, and limited product events such as tool views, successes, errors, copies, downloads, coarse input-size buckets, and coarse processing-time buckets. AHEBO disables Google advertising signals and personalization. It does not send tool input or output, filenames, extracted values, search terms, exact input sizes, query-bearing URLs, or content-bearing error details.
Google receives ordinary connection metadata, including an IP address, when its script or collection endpoint is requested. Google states that Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses. Google may process analytics data under its own terms and privacy policy. AHEBO limits analytics cookies to 90 days. Change or withdraw consent in Settings; withdrawal disables further collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this site.

7. Third-party links
Information or tool pages may link to external websites. Following one leaves AHEBO, and the destination can process request metadata or other information under its own policy. AHEBO does not send your tool input to linked sites. Review a destination’s privacy terms before providing information there.
8. Retention
AHEBO cannot retain browser-processed tool content because it is not collected. Local preferences stay under your browser’s storage controls until cleared. Static-host request metadata follows the operational and security retention settings of the active hosting provider and site operator. If optional aggregate analytics is enabled, only permitted metadata is retained according to the disclosed provider configuration.
9. Security and privacy choices
Content remains in browser memory, but your device, browser extensions, operating system, clipboard, and downloaded files are outside AHEBO’s control. Use a trusted device for sensitive work, keep your browser current, and clear clipboard or downloaded results when appropriate.
You can stop local preference storage by using a private browsing session or browser storage controls. Clearing local settings does not affect request metadata already processed by a host to deliver static assets.
10. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be reflected on this page by updating the date above and summarized in the changelog. The privacy promise will not be weakened to introduce remote tool processing without a clear architectural and policy change.
